"I ordered the full slab, and a combo with the burnt ends, pulled pork, and brisket. My sides were sweet potato fries, fried pickles, and Mac and cheese. I also got a beer and a bacon chocolate chip cookie. I spent just under $75. It was my first time visiting and it was just okay. I would go back but I would only get a simple pulled pork sandwich or the brisket. The Mac and cheese was trash and the cookie that I had was crumbly terrible. The customer service was basic. A I’m young don’t want to be here vibe. The floor to the bathroom was extremely slippery. I glided strait to the stall. I didn’t get award winning but again, I’d go back for a sandwich and fries."

Must stop anytime I’m in the area. Burnt ends are moist flavor bombs. Rib ribs are juicy bbq deliciousness! And dry rubbed wings “Chef kiss”. My only complaint is the huge servings. Bring friends and family to help eat it all!

The bbq here is one of my favorites! I personally get the ribs every time and it never disappoints, always cooked well and covered in one of my favorite bbq sauces. First time I went I tried the Mac and cheese which was a pass but the beans were tasty. Hopefully I can come back soon!

Firewater BBQ is delicious! If you’re looking for a filling meal, especially if you’re infatuated with BBQ, this place will literally roll you out the door. The portion sizes are fairly large, I couldn’t even finish my burger! However, for those who aren’t so into BBQ sauce, you’ll find the food to be sort of dry. This place should add a new sauce or some common wet element to their food. Overall, very fantastic restaurant.
