"Nothing special about the food at this place. The guys don't even know how to cook fries served uncooked despite being returned once. The fish in the ceviche didn't seem very fresh. For a Peruvian place, the brunch menu seemed more like regular American fare eggs, potatoes, and steak sandwiches. There were very few tables occupied should have realized that the place was not really popular with the locals at Noe."
