The cupcakes are consistently fresh and delicious whether at the original Beverly Hills store, or at the Grove, ATM's, etc., and Westlake is no exception. I really like the cupcakes here I mean really what is there not to love right? But I honestly was never really prompt to do a review because a 5 star to me is the whole package and yesterday I had the best experience with Olivia she was kind smiling welcoming and helpful. Thank you Olivia for making a difference and giving to the Sprinkles deliciousness the final human beautiful touch.

I went to this location today and was helped by Olivia C. She was absolutely amazing! She helped me from start to finish as I am not too computer savvy, lolI went to give her a cash tip and she told me that she was unable to accept it. Boy, did she deserve it!! I think I am going against the popular opinion when I say that I am not a fan of Spinkles Cupcakes. I expected Sprinkles Cupcakes to be amazing after everything I have heard about them, but unfortunately they are not my favorite cupcake or dessert! They make fun flavors and a great variety to choose from. We had a box of 6 flavors: black and white strawberry red velvet dark chocolate sprinkle vanillaMy favorite flavor out of the 6 flavors was strawberry.
