Still waiting a half an hour after I ordered for my milkshake. They weren’t even that busy when we got here. I gave it 2 stars and wasn’t planning on coming back. A few weeks after, the manager reached out to me to see if I would be interested in a gift card to come back and try it again. I was pleasantly surprised and accepted his offer. When I arrived, I was greeted by (I suppose) a manager. He directed me to the counter and asked if I had been there before (I had not). At the counter they had several screens, with a very large main that shows the menu. The cash registers were extremely polite and patient. As I ordered, the cashier repeatedly repeated everything to make sure everything was correct. The waiting period was about five minutes for my order (I have a burger and chili cheeses) and everything was delicious.
