"The new owner has trimmed the menu of anything tasty, let go his Hispanic staff and turned this once-proud bastion of taste and style into a travesty. Went for lunch. No more homemade enchiladas. Had a cheeseburger that was a bland tasteless frozen patty on a thin bun. Didn't even come with lettuce or a tomato slice. Husband had Chile rellenos which were substandard. Whole mess cost $37 and wasn't worth feeding to the dog. Do yourself a favor and pass this place by until and if it goes back to its previous owners or another owner steps in. These are recent changes, so don't be fooled by the good reviews of the past. Those days are gone, sadly."

Eat was ok and the price was good. the service was inadequate and inexperienced. we had reservations for big party and gave much attention, but they seemed surprised and completely unprepared. Sit and pay the bill we are both fiascos.
