"Unfortunately this was the last time our family bothers with this restaurant as the experience with the food prep and end bill both were simply mind blowing and not in a good way. We had asked for veal to be brought over from the main restaurant and two chops were cooked. The cooks at this location simply ruined one of them by charring it to death (later that evening not even our dogs wanted them). Then we see that unlike the other dinners where sides are included, the restaurant decided to charge for the side for one of the veal dishes. Then, we see a credit card fee (the waitress said this is a new thing they are doing) on the bill. Guys, you made a ton of money on a dinner party of six w...

Had an amazing dinner with my family! Everyone loved their meals. Sat right down on a busy Friday night, no wait! Huge salmon portions. Delicious pizza!

Place is a great place to eat. Awesome service, food was amazing. The portions you get are HUGE. The Roof-Top relaxing music they play is sweet. It 's a must visit place for lunch or dinner.

Coffee came with curdled cream, waited over a half hour for a sandwich while people who arrived later than I were served. The waitress came out and said that there was a cook shift and our order was never made. Still waiting for food, will probably have to leave before it arrives. Avoid Georgia's Grill, not worth the wait for questionable food.

"The food was good and well made. My problem is how the staff was being utilized. There was 7 employees all focused on making food and giving orders out, but none at the register or to take orders I waited for 20mins to just get my order taken and they weren't busy, but a line was created because no one was taking orders. I also waited another 15min at the register when the gentleman behind me orders more food and paid before me. I was there on a Tuesday around 10-11am. The staff wasn't being utilized well at all I don't think staffing was the issue because it looked like they were fully staffed. I think the issue was delegating job tasks as I wasn't the only one that had to wait a long time. Worst of it was that it looked like the managers/owners were there doing the books/ having a meeting when I was there and didn't notice this flaw. This was my first time, but I came with someone who said they were a regular and said it was common for this to happen. I would come back for the food, but not for the service. Update after reading further reviews about food times and order times and reading the response from the owner. I don't think I will be back. I have worked in several resturants, cafes and bars. Management meeting are best done before opening, near closing, or at a time when coverage is possible, or at a slow time of day based on revenue charts. I understand when a company has worked a way for over 50yrs things are classified as normal, but like I said in my original review this was my first time at this establishment and I saw the flaw and it will continue to be a problem in the future for customers, but like I said the food is good. I hope the owner is open to change to help the business run more effectively"
