"Gen X remembers a time when pretty much every single corner pizzeria was amazing in its own right. Going into the 90 's, that started to change, and the trend has been monotonically trending downward ever since. In my neib, Midwood, we have Di Fara 's, of course. Amazing Sicilian pie. Ordered a whole pie and was out the door within 10 minutes. Really inviting staff.

Solid pizza place, not a ton of flavor in the sauce but a nice little side patio and tons of slice options. Only $3 for a slice.

I was riding by and thought I'd stop for a slice. A customer at the store told me it was the best pizza in Brooklyn. I but a slice, and holy cow, I think he's right. I eat pizza often, too often perhaps, and this slice had everything. Thick stringy cheese, a taste like pizza had when I first tried it as a kid, and the perfect crust, not thin, and wonderful. I'm bringing my family next time.
