"We came for my birthday and loved the ambiance of this nice restaurant on the golf course. My tequila cocktail was refreshing as well. We were asked if we wanted bread service without being told we would be charged for it though, but the bread was warm and tasty with the trio of butters. We started with some oysters and crab cake on recommendation by the waiter. Both dishes were delicious and could taste the quality crab. For our entrees we had the wagyu steak and sea scallops upon recommendation by the waiter as well. The scallops were delicious and tender. The steak though was underwhelming especially for the price. We also had some glasses of Cabernet with the meal that were nice. I ordered a glass of Pinot noir as well, but this came in a goblet instead of a wine glass, which was off putting from a nice establishment. We went over to the bar for a last drink but took forever to get served I asked for a glass of champagne and was charged $24 for extremely slow service and cheap champagne, which made me pretty frustrated with the overall experience. For how much we paid, I was hoping for better overall service and steak, but glad we tried it nonetheless!"
