"We were visiting from Houston and San Francisco where there are great restaurants and thought Glass Onion in Weaverville would be a good choice. It was the worse meal I had in the Ashville area. The special Sunday night was veal which was so tough that I could barely cut it and so tough that I could not eat it. I love pear and beet salad but the pear was hard as a brick.
