We get things happen, but when we complained to Uber to have our money refunded for the portion of the order that was incorrect, we were told that our order is ineligible for refund. The food was okay, not somewhere we'd say oh let's go back. The service was slow as there was one waitress to all the customers while the other was greeting people at the door, telling them to sit where they'd like and giving them menus. It was kinda busy for one waitress, considering she had a 16 top table, plus 12-14 other couples to tend to. I would think that the hostess or waitress would step in and help out a bit more than she was, and then there was another waitress standing in the back. Boss needs to schedule a bit better.

I had my order delivered through Door Dash! My order came minus the Prime Rib sandwich. I called and the young lady on the phone told me they did not have prime rib and haven’t for awhile! However it is still on the menu! She took my number and said owner would call me which did not happen even though they charged me for the sandwich $14.95) which is not cheap! I had chicken parm and some onion rings which were not worth the money at All!! I would NEVER recommend this restaurant due to food and customer service! This owner has NO SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will make sure I let everyone know about this place! Very dissatisfied…
