"I have eaten several times this year in the Grilled Cheeserie. Normally, I would eat at the now closed Franklin location, but I ate in all their places without problems, at least in the spring and early summer. Today I was in the area and decided to stop for lunch, but when I got my sandwich, it didn't have the gooey melting vegan cheese I was used by them; instead it looked like an unmelted piece of cheddar cheese. I double checked that they gave me vegan cheese, and they said they did, and that they had recently changed their cheese and that it did not really melt anymore.
