"It was a cold Halloween night at blue mall and we were hungry for brains. But the outback apparently closed long ago. So we went for sushi instead. The take out is great. The dine in menu is awesome. Great selection and value. The miso soup was perfect. As was the spicy salmon, tuna and yellowfin of Maki combo 2. The salmon sushi melted like buttered brains in our zombie mouths. You're a fool if you don't go."

Staff was very nice and the portion was large. I got tabeyaki soba noodles and wish there was more of a variety of veggies in the bowl. It also wasn’t as flavorful as I would’ve liked. I would still go back if I was in the area again.

Talk about the absolute best sushi spot in Vermont ! I can’t live without Hana Sushi. The absolute best sushi, staff, and environment. You are missing out if you don’t make trying this place your priority. I feel like home every time I come here.

Best sushi in town hands down! Try tuna ball and Hana Sushi Roll!. Update: seems to be slipping a little bit. Recent Tuna Ball was all Panko and almost no tuna. Brought out COLD house Saki supposed to be warm. Quality of fish was suspect. I think it’s hit or miss which is unsettling when consuming raw fish. Has not be consistent nor up to old standards previously experienced.
