"Excellent poke. With tons of options to choose from, this place was perfect for a hardy, fresh meal. The concept is very similar to most places where you can build your own bowl. They have their own rice that is mixed with coconut milk (it is sweet) however sticking to the normal sushi rice is my personal choice. I then chose spicy tuna and beef bulgogi as my meats. Finally, you can add as many mix-ins as you want. I added fresh fruits, pickled veggies, and different fried toppings and sauces. They are very efficient and quick. Only complaint is that the woman serving me did not seem to be in a good mood and was very terse."

Excellent poki bowls. The salmon was delicious in the California Sunshine bowl. You can create your own, which my husband had salmon and scallops. All the toppings were yummy too. Great service and fast too.

The quality of the proteins is very apparent. Very bright and inviting array of fish, toppings, and bases. I love how many options they have on the menu for customization. It?s definitely the best poke I?ve had in the city. I always end up getting a musubi as well and the boba is amazing. Really great service to top it all off. They are quick and clean.

The rice is perfect and warm, the bulgogi is perfect, the avocado and edamame is fresh, the scallops are cute, the crab fresh. Feels like you are eating a meal that you would pay 2 times more than what you are actually paying for, because it is all high quality and delicious. The Classic Thai Tea is delicious. I recommend you get 100% sugar if you love sugar like me. Definitely on a good sugar high. Employees are always friendly and always fast with orders so I appreciate that. Great place, I recommend it ????

"I speak as a tourist. I was delighted this place has dedicated, on-the-menu options – as it is apparently open late, it would seem to be worth keeping in mind for that reason. This, and the empanada's great value, lead me to give it three stars. That said, there were some oddities. I got the vegan arepa and the vegan empanada. They were both filled with *exactly the same ingredients* and the empanada was bigger than the arepa – but the arepa costs more than 2x as much. Given these circumstances, and the fact that I liked the empanada more, I can see the empanada being a great deal for a vegan looking late night or for a bit of variety. Both of them were on the bland side, however, and far from imaginative. I did enjoy the plantains in both; otherwise, it was mainly black beans and some avocado. (From the menu, it appears that their several vegan items seem mainly to be rearranging these same ingredients. The small amount of chimichurri I was given added some flavor and was ok, but did not knock my socks off. None of it was bad, and I do think they made at least the arepa fresh with decent ingredients, but there just wasn't much flavor. Finally, they use big styrofoam packaging for to-go, which is actually enough to mean I would avoid eating here again. (Not being a local, I don't know how common this is, but I know it's not even nominally recyclable in SLC and that not all places do it. Updated from previous review on 2021-09-05"
