"I went to Horace and Dickies since 1996. The now closed H Street location was where I became a fan. There have been several locations over the years, but the one thing I can say is that the fish has always been the same. Other menu items have come and gone, but the fish is exactly what I expect every time I go here. You know how it is when you go to one of your favorite spots and depending on who's cooking today is the experience you have? Yeah, not here. I mean, it's hard to screw fish, but the bread, quality, etc have not changed a bit. The value is also good. At this price it is hard to write it as a bad dinner option. I'll come here for another 25 years if the doors stay open."

It's supposed to be 6 pieces of fish. Looks like 3 pieces cut in half. I paid $17 for it. Not what I'm used to by Horace and Dickies. We need to find a new place.

My first order from here and I am very disappointed. It's like if you spend so much money for overpriced food and it's not good it?s heartbreaking! especially if there is something you? ve has eaten for a while. So I have to starve because I couldn't enjoy my food. I got the crabs and the sauce wasn't for me! It was very bland and tasteless and I didn't cost the texture. The fish pasta salad was spicy and sweet? idk total festival 3/10 !

For the first time visited and very disappointed. The crab balls are just terrible, I couldn't say if crab meat was from all the filling. The Mac Cheese terrible.... tasted like they used chicken broth in him with some unusual spice. The Yams base. The only thing I ate about my order. However, stomach was annoyed since I had eaten there. Not funny, but I knew it was suspicious when I only saw older customers. H D is known for its fried fish. My advice, stay with her specialty.
