"I went for a late lunch at 2pm on a Sunday and was seated quickly. However, I was disappointed with the service on the upstairs level as it took a long time to place my order, get refills, and ask for condiments. The omelette portion was small and not very impressive. I also was not happy with the upcharge of $3 for what was supposed to be a berries and cream topping on the pancakes, but turned out to be just 4 blueberries dropped onto a dollop of Reddiwhip (with no blueberries inside the pancakes)."
