"I really like Jack n the box but putting the hot food in a plastic bag made it very soggy and kinda gross. I would have rather they use a paper bag so the steam didnt wet the food. the sandwiches were ok and the big breakfast was good but the hash browns were mushy. If you use a delivery service and want to order a lot of food I would make sure they dont put it in a plastic bag so your food dont get wet."
