"I decided to go to Speedys and pickup a Chicken and Beef Taco Salad. I added some guacamole and chips and salsa. I wish they offered a smaller size guacamole for when you just want a scoop added to your taco salad and I think chips and salsa should be given with each food order like all other Mexican restaurants do. If my taco salad alone wasn’t $11 I would say that keeping cost down is why but that is a premium price for a chicken and been taco salad. I paid $20.99 for my salad, chips and salsa for one, guacamole and a large tea. At those prices I think you could afford to give the chips and salsa with the order. Please consider a smaller size or at least a cheaper price to add guacamole to the salad without having to buy a container of guacamole dip just to add it to the salad. Most restaurants offer a 1oz to 2oz serving when you just want it added to your salad and charge .99 to $1.25 to add it to the salad. Other than that the food was great. I live and hour away and came there just to get a good taco salad. I went through the drive through and took my salad home."

"Decent food, but rude staff. I arrived early to pickup my order. I was advised it was ready which was fine. I noticed that of the desserts that I would get more bang for my buck my making another selection since it was the same price. One cashier was helping customers and the other was walking around. She walked back up and asked if I was picking up an order in which I replied yes. I saw her grab from the cooks what looked like my phone and when I was about to get her attention before grabbing my dessert she actually grabbed one that had been sitting out. Once she brought the bag to me I asked if I could exchange. She replied “it’s already in the bag, you couldn’t have said something before”. I let that go. As she was walking towards the other cashier she mumbled something under her breath and then the other cashier laughed. When leaving I advised her to learn how to treat her customers. I have had Uber Eats deliver my food before and this was the first time I went to the location. This will be my last time having their food."

"Breakfast is always slow the staff in the drive thru is always rude , waiting in the drive thru at times for over 15 mins for the food to be microwaved to warm it up. This place use to be fast and always fresh. Honestly I can truly say in the past 10 times I came I have thrown atleast half of my meals away as it was disgusting. Today I pulled in the drive thru at 10:23 I'm sitting at the speaking still waiting at 10:43 and yet to order. And a manager is running the drive thru. Do better Jack's"

I called to make them aware of my disappointment, and they young kerl, who told me that he would taste the pages for me next time...it's not funny that their old cook should find because their price has risen and the food quality has definitiw...where not be back!"

"I felt sorry for the employees...all two of them. They were so short-handed it was hard on them to get to everyone. I went inside because the drive-thru line was so long. I had to ask to be waited on. Then I heard about their being short-handed. Igive them a 4 star rating though because my smoothie was delicious and the two employees running the store were doing all theycould to get orders out at the drive-thru. Although I was ignored and had to ask to order, a big no no (ALWAYS ACKNOWLEDGE YOURCUSTOMER! , I think they were just overwhelmed. 4 stars for being willing to run that store almost single handedly! Some peoplewould QUIT."
