"On our first visit to Johnny B's, we got fried pickles as the appetizer, which were delicious and rivaled Fiddle Inn. We ordered the chicken tortilla and cheeseburger soup, as they were out of their signature buffalo wing soup. Both soups were good, but the tortilla soup was better. Entrees were clam linguine and veal parmesan without the red sauce (it typically comes with both). I come from an Italian family, so my opinion on such food is highly critical, but they both were delicious. Our server, Angel, was attentive and made sure to keep our drinks full throughout our dining experience; something often and easily overlooked. Will be back again."

Very nice, friendly staff, very clean tables/booths/bar/restroom, nice variety on the menu. I've tried quite a few menu items and have never been let down. I Would definitely recommend this charming restaurant located in downtown North East.

This place has the potential to be five stars but we caught them on a busy day and short staffed. Everything was good quality, homemade and good portions but overcooked, from the crab stuffed scrod to the veal parmesan and the Italian sausage.

A neighborhood popular here in northeast, PA. Very quiet early at noon. The food was decent, although I would not recommend the curly pommes, as they looked good, but the consistency of potato sticks like those you find in a can. The grilled chicken was tender and the bbq beef was tasteful. I had the fish that was good, but a little bit about fried too. The hot chopped sandwich was delicious after my dad. Will be back to try the dish.
