"everything was perfect! the staff were super friendly and the food was fantastic. we had a group of 14 among 8 children and had no problems finding for every good food. I had the laughs and Brussel shots. it was perfectly boiled and the sweet sauce, which she drowned on the salmon and spit, was the perfect medium sweet. we arrived at 19:30 on a Wednesday and we were surprised to find parking within 100' of the restaurant. it was not busy at this place when we arrived. a filled reservation in another brewery and this one that was super busy let us look for a brewery/restaurant last minute and I am very happy that we found karl strauss brewing co."

ok the food truck burger is not for dieter, but worth every calorie and fat gr! bier is always on the point in karl strauss and the staff was great and knowledgeable. do they please one and do not skip the sweet potato friars!

the beer in carl strauss in san diego is pointed notch, the food not so much. the personal was certainly impressive and helpful and leads us through the beer menu. They had about 15 stages, most of the beer brewed by strauss. we sat outside the restaurant. they can order on their phone or on the switch. we chose the latter to get advice on the beer. good advice and good beer. I would go back for the atmosphere, the staff and the beer, and I would hope I caught the kitchen in one night.
