"Kathmandu Cuisine serves both vegan and meat options. Of course I went the plant-based route with her Aalu Sadeko potatoes) $10) and the Aalu Bodi Tama $12) that made a stuffed curry with black eyebrows, potatoes and bamboo shoots. The potatoes were hot. Loved the flavors, but didn't know how much of a kick it would have lol. Certainly, rice or bread need to cool down or ask for less spices if your tolerance is not high. The momos are fantastic, but the food is a little expensive and the portion sizes are not very big.

Kathmandu Cuisine offers a variety of vegan and meat options. I chose the plant-based route and tried the Aalu Sadeko (potatoes) for $10 and the Aalu Bodi Tama for $12, a stewed curry made with black eyed peas, potatoes, and bamboo shoots. I recommend having rice or bread to cool down, or asking for less spice if you have a lower tolerance. The Aalu Bodi Tama was tangy with a kick and paired well with my side of roti. However, there was a delay in receiving my vegetarian options compared to the meat dishes, causing my friends to wait before eating. It would have been helpful if the menu c...
