"It is 11:03 and I arrived to place an order. The sign says they close at 12 o'clock, but I was informed that I couldn't order because they were closed. This isn't the first time this restaurant has turned away my order. The manager, Vanessa, was standing behind the window and when I expressed my frustration, she did not intervene to help. It was very disappointing. I am fed up with this establishment. They are closed and I won't be returning, based on the poor service they offer."
