"I have NEVER had such poor service in my life. The lobby was not closed so I went in for 2 sandwiches to go, a simple order. One customer was in front of me. I waited at least 10 minutes before anyone came to the counter. Finally, this person, who was alsofilling the first customer's order, came to the counter with the food. She then told me she'd be right back and went to preparemore ingredients. There were 5 other employees working. When my order was given, a different employee told me it would be 5minutes. As I waited, all of the employees consulted and discussed their schedule and then disappeared, with the exception ofthe woman at the drive thru window. One young man asked if my order...

The food was okay, but there weren't many items available which caused some wait times. It was strange to see people hanging out in the restaurant without eating. The bathrooms were locked and several people had trouble trying to use them.

I waited in the drive through for 10 minutes had to get down to be able to place an order. By the time I got inside all the workers were hanging out in the dining area. Horrible customer service. And they were out of almost everything in the menu
