"This KFC and the one on Bay Rd are not changing their grease. That is why their chicken is always dark and hard and terrible tasting. They know what they need to do to fix this issue but these locations are too lazy to do the right thing and change the grease. I guess they figure if they mess up a lot of orders they won't be as busy so they can stand around more and still make money."

I love this place! We always order a bucket of chicken and all the sides. The manager is also incredibly friendly. She always greets us with a smile.
