"I love this place but I definitely will not order delivery from them again. They made my dasher wait in line like he was ordering and kept telling him he had to wait behind the line of people ordering then made him wait over 30 min for the order. My order arrived 40 min late. The order was confirmed at 7:48 and it was only a 30 min wait time at that point. My chocolate shake is chocolate milk and my food is cold."

I usually LOVE Krisch's. For some reason last night the whipped cream was awful, with a very grainy and artificial flavor and texture and the cake batter ice cream also had an unusual texture. Probably was just an off night
