"This place has been here for as long as I remember. For the past 10 years I?ve been coming here very often. I just wanted to ride this time at this place has always been consistent on food quality and hospitality, it?s a very small place with limited seating and has a small full bar. The wait varies between 10 minutes to 15 minutes, but this time did not wait at all. The hospitality is really on point and very welcoming, their house margaritas are so good, and the menu is pure classic Mexican food. I will always recommend this place for anyone who wants Mexican food in Boca!"

The Mexican food here is outstanding. One of the best hole in the wall places in Boca. The table salsa and chips to start get your mouth watering. The burritos are hands-down phenomenal!! Highly Recommend

The restaurant location is not the best and having a garbage bin in plain view creates a very non-inviting smell. Once you?re inside, food and place is fine. Our server Anna was very attentive and friendly. We ordered fajitas, food came out fast and it was a good serving amount. The food taste good for the price. If we are in the area we?d come back again for a quick Mexican appetite, but will not go out of our way to come here.

"Decent at best. That’s all really. It is very noisy- by design. Look up and you’ll see why. The ceiling is designed to carry the noise from the bar throughout the restaurant. And honestly I don’t care to listen to the bumpin music they’re playing at the bar when we’re at our booth 50+ feet away. It is also very dim. Extremely poor lighting, according to our waitress (who was very nice) this is also by design because other diners have made comment about this too and she said she’s mentioned it and the feedback she gets is “it creates the ambience.” Yeah okay…… “ambience.” The food is decent at best. Caesar salad was pretty good. But what is up with the streak being doused in butter? There was a pool of butter on my plate around my steak. Is the lighting dim in the kitchen too? Can the chefs not see what they’re doing? All in all, New York Prime is not any better than Morton’s or The Capital Grille. In fact, we probably should have gone to one of those two. There’s nothing New York about this restaurant at all. After returning home we decided to check out New York Prime’s website and read their menu story about how “New York Prime is a different kind of steakhouse.” If you ever want a laugh, read that. You’ll tear up, it’s hilarious. Proprietors seem very full of themselves! Anyway, we were very unimpressed, will definitely not be returning."
