"WARNING; SEE READ! This place is 100% the best food you can find in this complex of hotels that make airline trips. Everything I ate was very good. The cocktails are just as good as anything at a hip bar in SOMA San Francisco. The service is excellent for a lobby bar. It seems family owned or operated by a hard working couple and perhaps their adult children, and they seem to work too hard, but it shows in their love of detail. In the food desert that is Rosemont, the Liberty Tavern offers a perfectly acceptable if something pricy, experience. They offer standard American dishes, and the burgers and fries I ordered were delicious and satisfying. As expected for a hotel restaurant, the food is more expensive for what you get, but it comes through when you have a safe, no surprises culinary experience.

A modest restaurant with a welcoming modern atmosphere. I came here while I was on vacation with friends. If we enter a well-dressed man who made us great and told us we'd be sitting soon. After sitting, our service was quick and friendly, while also informative about food and drinks. Everything was very pleasant. I recommend this place, although you should know the prices are a little high. Another great stop for a nice dinner.
