"I took my brother to Wendy today and wanted to use a gift card. The card scanner didn't work properly. After trying to run my gift card, the manager said, Josh, he would only charge me half the price. Then he came to our table and refunded our food. He was very apologetic for the card scanner not working and that when a customer comes in planning to use a gift card that it is a warranty. Great business, food and staff. Because of today, I want to eat regularly at Wendy. Thank you."
