"Great Lunch Los Tules may be my new fave!. My co worker and I just ordered lunch to go today. He is a long time fan, and I am a first timer. I had the lunch Grande Burrito. It was wonderful! Stuffed full of shredded chicken, rice, beans, sour cream and guac, then smothered in verde and topped off with espinaca. This would have been a meal in itself, but then it came with refried beans, more rice and a drink. All for $8.50, although the menu price states $7.50. I ate far to much, because it was sooooo good. There was easily enough for two meals. I think this was a great price for all of this food. One thing I would have changed, was a few chips would have been nice to send along, but wasn't...

The pork burrito was delicious, but the cheese sauce from a can on top was a bit too cheesy (pun not intended). Apart from that, the dish was quite enjoyable.

All of the cheese dips are tasty, and I suggest requesting the spicy salsa for an extra kick. The regular salsa is a bit bland for my taste, it reminds me more of pasta sauce.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic and reasonably priced. It's within walking distance from downtown hotels, making it convenient for visitors. This is a family-friendly establishment with generous portions for kids. Our waitress, Mona, was exceptionally friendly and wonderful with children.

"We are in town for New Years and a Chiefs game. Bristol’s was recommended by our Airbnb host and it did not disappoint. We made reservations for 6 top and arrived 15 minutes early and we were seated promptly. Adam was our waiter and was amazing. He is the reason for a solid 5 stars. He made great recommendations for us, kept our drinks filled at all times and cleared our table quickly after we finished with a serving. We started with cauliflower, calamari and oysters for appetizers. All three were very good, but the cauliflower stole the show. It was so good. Secondly, 3 of us had Cesar salads and they were great. The dressing is made fresh daily and it makes all the difference. My husband ordered the bisque and he was nice enough to swap with me halfway through because I loved the bisque when I tried his. For entrees we had a variety of things off the menu. One member of our party had the Tuna and said it was exceptionally good. Another had the filet and crab cake and loved both. He commented on the crab cake being the best he has ever had. Another member had the KC strip and said the flavor was great, but the steak was on the tough side. Another member had the chicken, it was a large serving and was very flavorful and good. The potatoes were a standout on this dish. I had the sea bass and it was okay. I’ve had better, but it was still pretty good. I didn’t finish all of it. It was. Bite rubbery and I probably wouldn’t order it again if I went back. Our last member decided on the lobster Mac and cheese. It was good, but not a stand out. Lastly we had cream brûlée for dessert. We are a bit of hard judges when it comes to crème brûlée and we would give this a 7/10. It needed a bit more toasting on the top. Over all we had a great evening with great friends along with exceptional serves from Adam. We will definitely come back if ever in KC."
