"We started going to Mad Dans years ago when it was on the lake. They always served this wonderful crunchy appetizer (like crostini toast) with cheese. The fish fry was all you could eat and you could get broiled and batter fried together. This last weekend we took my family from Reno there and my son and son-in-law. The server was wonderful. However the perch was very fishy tasting as was the breaded haddock. My sister-in-law had the walleye and only had one bite it was so fishy tasting. Saw today that they were giving up the ghost as of today!! Sooo sorry people no longer want to work... This wonderful couple need help!! If I wasn't retired I'd apply.. great food great place... We're losing a piece of history.
