"We enjoyed our meal well. Except the chicken wasn't as crispy as usual. My mom got sick from the Koleslawin. It was kind of warm. There was a bus from High School students from Avoyelles Parish who had been the polite and good way I had ever been. The lady who cleansed up after all the students made more noise than all the children."

"The food was amazing and the staff so friendly. The owner was there, cleaning the windows when I realized they might be closing down. I asked what time they closed, she said 3. It was 4:15. I felt so bad and apologized profusely. I've worked in the restaurant business and know how it feels to be kept late. The owner was so gracious and told me not to worry about it, that she had things to catch up on. If you're looking for good food and awesome people, this is the place for you."

"I am from a Texas border town. I know my Mexican food. Nicky's served good food. The service was outstanding and quick. The servings were large and the food was fresh and warm when served. Our server checked several times during the dinner to see if anything was needed. It was a nice dining experience. The restaurant and bathroom were clean."

"wise steakhouse is a rustic restaurant in family style. we ordered the speck cheeseburger and land fried steak. the speckkäseburger was very good. it was a nice size, not huge, but big enough that you felt like you had a burger. the land fried steak, or as we call it in texas, chicken fried steak was delicious, but small. the side that came with him was also small. I wouldn't recommend it for a hungry man because he won't fill it. the service was not the largest. our waitress didn't check us out. our glasses could have been refilled at least once. the restaurant was not excessively busy and there was much help to walk around. we never saw a manager or were asked how about our meal. I would have rated the restaurant higher if the service had been better. we will probably not return."

"the restaurant is probably regrouped after the reopening from the fire this year. we had reservations sitting immediately, but it took 15 minutes before a waiter approached us, not our waiter, but a waiter and asked if someone was over? it was obvious when we were right in front of the waiting station or so we thought. After our waiter came by, we ordered after three weeping, we're sorry that we out of this, I said, then they beat something they have before we always ask, and they keep the review. the waiter had to write back into the cash for a suggestion. ? a prepared waiter has a fallback fan in the category (red/white) and in a similar price range. when they are asked for an appetizer request, we're sorry to be out of date. it is 7:30 on Saturday night? remember this is a highly rated restaurant that is served during the Christmas holidays while natchitoches are running Christmas lights. how can they be from so many articles? they brought out our bisque appetizers with our salad. No, it doesn't work that way. we were there for 2 hours, which was in order when we were and visited another couple. service was just okay. Eating was good, not great. it is probably the only raised restaurant away from the city festivities. reserve them, cross their fingers. they can find out how they work through reopening."
