"Normally LOVE Martini but here recently, each visit has gotten worse and service has gone downhill. This evening, was no exception. Our server, Jamal, was polite enough, but terrible at his job. Did not listen to specifics of our requests, took exceedingly long to bring our refills and checks, and just stayed off task. Everyone in his section was eyeing each other in shared exasperation...
