"I'd give zero stars, but there's no option for me. Called on place and order, I was told to keep. For 15 minutes, I was told that I should keep with a very rude attitude. I stopped five minutes before hanging up and calling back to pick up the phone and hit it down again. These people are unprofessional and cannot simply accept an order. If they can't manage their staff well enough to answer only one employee's phone to a paying customer, then they lost my business."

Pizza was nice and hot when we took it. There was a long hair strand baked in one of our pizzas and the other pizza had not enough meat or sauce on it.

So you get a nice little voucher in the post for a big opening, oh I'm sorry, this store is not offering that promotion. I call, sir can you please keep, 15 minutes later I had enough time to order from Dominos and was still in control with PH. Terrible customer service. Food centres are busy and everyone has to understand that, but at the same time a company has to take some pride and care more about the customers.
