"Buyer beware. Don't be lured in by the $0 delivery fee and the late closing time, Mel's Melts isn't what you think it is. It isn't some sandwich specialty shop with delicious looking food (p.s those images are probably from Google), it's a front for a pizza shop called Farmers Pizza and Grill. At least this one is. There are other delis and stores using Mel's Melts as a front for some reason in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and other areas in Queens. If that doesn't bother you, then continue downwards but if you're looking for something that goes above what you'll get at your local deli, then look elseware Oh, the food was okay. It wasn't the worst thing I had but it wasn't the best."

Both sandwiches were delicious! The Brisket Melt definitely doesn't look like the pictures but it still tasted great. Sandwiches were smaller than expected but filling regardless. The Tomato Soup was amazing as well and came super hot.

Multiple orders given the wrong type of bread. Pathetic portion sizes. Way too pricey for not enough. Note the picture I added of the Brisket Melt I received and how it looks absolutely nothing like the picture where there's brisket stacked high. Food tastes good but simply not worth it.
