"I've used Open Table for years, my boyfriend and I regularly dine out at least once a week. While on vacation in Hawaii, we made a reservation at this restaurant. I can not emphasis enough how awful every part of the experience was. From the upstairs smelling musky, to the waiter barely speaking to us, and rushing us off. The food, I shutter even thinking about it. We got the appetizer sampler, the beef was ok, I'll give them that as well as the slightly burned chicken spring rolls, but the shrimp tasted like super market shrimp. Our main course was even worse, he had the tuna, for and couldn't even eat it. The taste of wasabi over powered the entire dish. I had the raviolis, and shrimp, which the plate was dominated by all the greenery. Finally I tried to salvage the meal with ordering a dessert, the hot chocolate cake which they are famous for. The waiter dropped it off at the table mumbling an apology because it collapsed on the way. Save your money. Same your time. Go somewhere else"
