The pinsa made with “guanciale” mozzarella and honey tasted like regular bacon, a little mozzarella and barely a hint of honey. The halibut was overcooked, dry and seemed to lack any seasoning or sauce. The lamb chops were requested to be cooked medium rare. One was medium well and the other was almost raw. Both also lacked any seasoning. The rapini served with them was very good. The flourless chocolate cake was also very disappointing. Everything was absolutely fantastic. The food was delicious, the service was perfect, the ambience was really nice too. Only complaint it does get pretty noisy.

Unfortunately, the management had only one waiter on all tables inside and outside. he had limited knowledge of the ordering tool. not his fault, but very bad service. that was so. I would skip this restaurant!
