"As vactioneers in Saugerties we were happy to find an Indian restaurant nearby. We ordered several dishes for takeout over the weekend. Among them was Gobi Manchurian, which we have eaten elsewhere. It was described as fried patties of chopped cauliflower (unusual but we thought we 'd try it). The cauliflower was not chopped and not made into patties. The chicken seekh kabob (which we 've never eaten and we love new dishes) was basically inedible. No tender roles of ground chicken but tough and overcooked rolls. From the other reviews it seems that this restaurant is inconsistent in its food. The bread was good as was the mixed veggie dish. Probably won 't go back."

Not sure how I had missed this place. It will be my Indian food “go to” now! The food was spot on Indian and excellent. Nice clean little place. All good!

1 star only for the samosas. We ordered chicken biryani and samosas for a party of 5. I'm sorry to say but the worst biryani we had ever tasted. Samosas were decent but the chutney was gone bad and smelling and surprisingly they still served it. Won't be returning.

I would avoid this place at ALL costs. Walked in with 7 people just now and this place was literally so rundown. The chairs are peeling, doesn 't look very inviting, pictures are peeling... Then we waited for a few minutes before someone with a horrible attitude poked their heads out and yelled NO at us before leaving to go in the back. It says there is a buffet but there is no buffet at all. Didn 't get a chance to try the food but based on the atmosphere alone, I wouldn 't expect much. Got a really horrible vibe from this place.
