"We stopped in last Saturday night for the first time. The place was very crowded and we were expecting the worst. much to our surprise we were seated within minutes and everything from the food to the service was excellent. Our waitress was Abby and she was awesome. Her recommendations and personality were also excellent. Our first time at Naples even got better, with good drinks and great dessert. But I would recommend the meatballs to anyone. We will definitely be back and would recommend Naples to everyone"

I go here fairly often for takeout pasta. Can't comment on anything else there but the pasta is excellent and the portions are huge. We have tried several different pasta dishes and everything always hits the spot.

the food was a little brought about – margarita tasted like just sour mix and no alcohol, which is sad when I had here a few years back one of the best margaritas of my life,) the fruit flies were all over – wanted to throw them away from my eating and the music in the bar was terrible. would not be back for din. eating is good.

Absolutely amazing all around. My boyfriend and I had never been here before. I have never felt more welcomed at a restaurant coming from out of town. I also want to give 90% of the credit to our server Faith. She was consistent, helpful, and so kind and made us feel like she was really going the extra mile for us, I definitely recommend this place to anyone stopping in for a quick bite to eat, or a couple drinks, food was a 10/10 as well.

"One rarely encounters an establishment that manages to disappoint on so many fronts simultaneously. Our recent visit to The Blue Plate Restaurant was, unfortunately, an exercise in frustration. The service was, at best, inattentive. We waited an inordinate amount of time for even the most basic acknowledgements, and requests for assistance were met with a distinct lack of urgency. To compound this initial misstep, the order presented to us was demonstrably incorrect for two in our party. When this discrepancy was politely brought to the attention of the waitstaff, the response was far from ideal. There was a distinct lack of transparency, and the impression given was one of deflection rather than rectification. The current tipping system, while an imperfect tool, offers a limited avenue for expressing dissatisfaction. Had a negative gratuity been an option, it would have been most seriously considered. Needless to say, a return visit to The Blue Plate Restaurant is entirely out of the question. A responce I received from the restaurant, threatening legal action...make your own call: Robert- thank you for you feedback. We have been looking forward to you feedback since your very memorable exit of the restaurant. The above statement is a pretty “general” non distinct review. Classic Review from someone complaining about NOTHING. We assume you wrote this because you have no base to build a true review. We find you handling of the truth problematic. We also find your treatment of our staff unacceptable. Your calling our waitress a liar, and our chefs a liar, which I am one totally unacceptable. And to not tip her because you are naive to the subject that you complain about… bread! ?‍ We use one of the regions Best rye bread, and also one of the regions best Sout dough bread. Incredible that someone would not understand the difference between sourdough and Rye bread, and not being receiving to education from our staff on the difference. And to sit there and verbally belittle our staff and waitress over it is as crazy. Please feel free, as you stated to “review “ us on other media as we be happy to share this experience and the video security footage with our legal team. Your behavior and treatment of our staff is unacceptable not to mention that you acted this was in front of your young children."
