"We had the best time at Niroj! The evening we went they had live musicians, and a special prix fixe menu. The food was great I will be back to sample other things on the menu. There wasn't a thing we didn't like. The bread was fresh and warm, the salad sparkled, the lamb was succulent, the kebobs were ample (we took a bit home). The desserts were amazing. The baklava was light and sweet, just the right finish to the meal."

we have authentic Kurdish cuisine in istanbul, so we have expected much more than we have. the quality of the ingredients used is great and the aromen are beautiful, but it does not have the spice-kick we were looking for and which we had found in full during our trip to istanbul. we will still recommend it for the most authentic restaurant of this type in the neighbourhood and because of the friendly prompt service.
