"Really was looking forward to eating here, we had a 2pm reservation on Halloween only to find out when we got there they was closing at 2pm and though they was going to still honor our reservation we was told the kitchen was closing which meant we would have had to quickly order. We decided to leave because they would not have been able to honor the bottomless mimosas (which was the main reason we chose to come here) plus I didn’t trust a kitchen to prepare their best meal when you’re in the midst of cleaning up so they can close. I just wished they would have contacted us in advance so I would not hand wasted my time to go somewhere that was closing….. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED"

Became a must visit destination whenever we visit NOLA . We frequent NOLA Caye at least 10 times a year and always depend on good food and atmosphere.

Nola Caye is one of those restaurants you just don’t get tired of because the food is just sooo yummy! I’ve been here a few times and my experiences have been great. This last time was kind of gross. No one had their hair pulled back/out of their face. I would catch the waiters moving their hair out of their face then proceeding to grab people food and take it to their tables. I don’t know.. I just thought that was not okay. There were also waiters with full blown beards and mustaches. I few like it should be a requirement in all food businesses to have hair pulled back….
