"tasting. recently my man and I had the opportunity to go to a tasting in this noodle co. we had eaten here for the birthday of our daughters. we both enjoyed it. the restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly the tasting was a fantastic experience! we were allowed to taste 2 appetizers (we all loved the cheerful garlic bread that is new in the menu), 2 dishes from each of the Pasta menus, 2 salads and several desserts. we brought a friend who asked for a suppe home, and the manager graciously followed while we did not love every dish that was served us, we found every amount of dings we love and we found our amazing things...read more"

me. eating at noodles is good. the service is in order. but every time I visit this, I'll bring a coat. it's always ice cold inside! Maybe that's not a deal breaker for you, but it was for me. Meat lock temperatures do not make for comfortable eating!

I was just at this point, but it was a pretty solid experience. they were a little slow to take our order (they seemed kind of busy, and their ovens were so down, no brot), but the penne pink I ordered (and I make a bundle of tweaks to him) was the best I had with every noodles co. it usually comes something on the dry side, but that was a saucy court and I loved it! I wish I had made a photo.

I feel like a review for a chain because my Go-to-spots are all Mom and Pop places. but wow, this place really surprised me. it has a varied menu and everything looks fantastic. I was forced by my daughter to try the stroganoff, although I wanted something else, and she was right. it was really incredible. so delicious I like to cook, and so many places I find that I can cook better than they can. but I don't know how I could ever replicate a few of the courts here. it will be a regular stop for me when I went the temperature of the restaurant well.

"I speak as a tourist. I was delighted this place has dedicated, on-the-menu options – as it is apparently open late, it would seem to be worth keeping in mind for that reason. This, and the empanada's great value, lead me to give it three stars. That said, there were some oddities. I got the vegan arepa and the vegan empanada. They were both filled with *exactly the same ingredients* and the empanada was bigger than the arepa – but the arepa costs more than 2x as much. Given these circumstances, and the fact that I liked the empanada more, I can see the empanada being a great deal for a vegan looking late night or for a bit of variety. Both of them were on the bland side, however, and far from imaginative. I did enjoy the plantains in both; otherwise, it was mainly black beans and some avocado. (From the menu, it appears that their several vegan items seem mainly to be rearranging these same ingredients. The small amount of chimichurri I was given added some flavor and was ok, but did not knock my socks off. None of it was bad, and I do think they made at least the arepa fresh with decent ingredients, but there just wasn't much flavor. Finally, they use big styrofoam packaging for to-go, which is actually enough to mean I would avoid eating here again. (Not being a local, I don't know how common this is, but I know it's not even nominally recyclable in SLC and that not all places do it. Updated from previous review on 2021-09-05"
