The wait times are pretty ridiculous but the breakfast and those short order cooks are fab! And then there is Sue. The hostess and waitress who always has a kind word, knows what I want without asking and can dish a snarky comment with finesse at the best moment. She 's sassy and funny and always a hoot! Reminds me of the cheeky high end reatautant waitresses in New York! She always makes me feel like I 'm welcome. The regulars love her and her way with the kids is awesome! Cute little breakfast restaurant. Great location and the menu consists of the typical breakfast items. Can get very crowded quickly so be prepared for that.

Went to Over Easy for breakfast. It was the best breakfast I've had in a long time. Got the Italian Benedict. Blue polenta cake topped with crispy proscuitto, a most lovely poached egg and fresh pesto. My son got Huevos Rancheros. I don't even like huevos racheros but it was freaking delicious. The service was top notch. Didn't want for anything but waiter was not intrusive or too chatty. Color me impressed with this place.
