"My girlfriend and I went here for NYE and it was horrible. Firstly, the menu was not what was advertised on OpenTable. It was a special NYE experience menu and none of the items we wanted to order were available. OpenTable advertised that we would get the regular menu but that was not the case. The service, atmosphere and food were all very bad. It took 10 minutes to get seated with a reservation and then about 15 minutes to get a drink once seated. It was not crowded and there were about 5 staff members just standing around doing nothing. This place advertises itself as having a romantic atmosphere but it was bright, loud, and unprofessional. Food was not flavorful. Calamari was not fresh, definitely from a box. Honestly, my worst Italian restaurant experience ever. Server was the bright spot of the evening.

Very great service. Food was delicious. Easy to reserve a table online. Will definitely be back to try more dishes. We had the caprese salad, rigatoni vodka chicken vesuvio. So delicious!

Valentine's day dinner doesn't show up her cook. The manager prepared food for all guests. It took an hour to get the ducks. They were also understated. Servers running around wait so many tables that we had to remember twice to get the bread and water. My old fashion tasted by Jameson instead of a Bourbon. The food was similar to your Cheesecake Factory Pasta. In addition, even a party of 2 would get a 20% size despite its bad service. During the survey, our server has made the manager responsible for compulsory bliss. It's just another restaurant in a mall. Avoid it if possible.
