"As a door dash driver I can get in trouble if you say the order is ready on your screen but in person you tell me there is 12 minutes left for the food to cook . I see on their screen it says it’s ready but there is no food ready and you just told me 12 minutes. Then it looks like I’m just sitting here with the food taking my time in actual I’m still waiting for the food . BE AWARE! I waited so long it dissapeared on their screen because they said it was ready 10 minutes ago and I still haven’t got it ."

Service was super quick and easy but my order was incomplete. I live twenty minutes from the closest Panera and had gotten the Strawberry Poppyseed salad, I get home and there’s no dressing at all. Super unfortunate because this is my favorite salad.

We ordered DoorDash and were missing some items that we really wanted. My husband ran over to see what we could do to get them. He was helped by Meghan who was amazing and made l sure we not only got our missing items but we got some bonus goodies for the trouble. Great service!!

Just moved to the area and ordered pick up from here twice. Both times my order had been wrong. The first time we were missing a sandwich, the second time my sandwich only had half the ingredients. So disappointing since you don’t realize until you get home your order is wrong. Customer service tries to remedy the situation with coupons… I don’t want a buy one get one coupon. I need a refund for what I ordered.
