"Used to have great customer service until they installed the self service order stations. Now, if you have a cash payment, you have to stand there for 5-10 minutes, getting blank stares from everyone behind the counter (even one of the managers) until one of them decides they want to notice your existence and help you. I was very disappointed in the lacking customer service on this visit."

I have only come here a handful of times but every time the food is good, the price is reasonable and the staff are always very friendly, definitely recommended.

Gotta say, did not disappoint! Try their breakfast sammiches on brioche. Thank me later.... it's like a cloud in your mouth. Bit steep, but hey... record inflation

While still good, the quality seems to have declined some in the last year. I had the Turkey Avocado BLT (which was fine) and the Greek Salad (which was not as good as it used to be). Their Passion Papaya Iced Green Tea is still wonderful.

The only reason it does not get 5 stars from me is because it wasn?t just a ?Wow? experience and the yum yum sauce wasn?t the best. However, I liked the food. My steak was cooked nicely. "Severely below average food, which is the most important part of being a Mexican food place. They put tomatoes in their chimichangas, which is super weird. Don't order delivery, because they'll forget stuff. It's just bleh. But the building is nice."

"I arrived at this restaurant just after lunchtime and found that it was almost empty. After waiting for about 5 minutes for our drinks, we waited another ten minutes without anyone taking our order. The woman at the host stand was clearly preoccupied with her phone and two servers walked by also on their phones. We had to approach the host stand and request for someone to take our order in order to receive any service. It was disappointing to see the lack of accountability from the staff, as I understand that there may be challenges with finding workers, but those present should be attentive to their responsibilities."

"The pizza at this restaurant is delicious. It is well cooked with a crispy cheese edge on the thick crust. Some people in my group did not have enough pizza sauce on their slices, but mine were fine. I would suggest asking for extra sauce or sauce on the side. The carryout wait time was longer than estimated, so we had to wait in the parking lot for a bit. However, the staff was very friendly. As a self-proclaimed pizza lover, I highly recommend this place."
