"So I had my first experience in the new Panera Bread (Lockport, IL). So it rains so that it will of course be tons of cars in the car ride thru. I finally get into the window and when the young lady grabbed my sandwich, she hesitated and looked at it. I asked to confirm my order and she said they had made my sandwich wrong and they will fix it immediately. After a few minutes she comes back to the window and apologizes for waiting and explains that they are a little short staff. She tells me that she will give me the wrong sandwich, a biscuit and my right sandwich, because the waiting time and the mix up (please remind you that she caught the mistake before I got my food). Very nice and welcoming atmosphere. The lady that was taking our order was so nice. Even though they didn't have baguettes that night she said Tomato Basil bread was avaliable. Super nice , deserves a raise.
