"This location is in a great place, is very clean and has friendly staff as well. The food is delicious and during the busy lunch break I did some work on my computer today when an employee (I wish I had got his name to praise him) came and asked if he could take away my dishes, wipe my table for me and offered me a glass of water. All he didn't need to do, as he only needed the cleaning and removal of dishes from the collection area. I appreciate this additional step of kindness and service, as he facilitated my work. Thank you. I will definitely come back."

Very friendly staff. For 8.99 per month, you will get every 2 hours of coffee or tea. The coffee is very good and a lot of tea choice to choose. The restaurant is always very clean. Excellent customer service.

The cashier Jessica didn't understand what I wanted to do, but she got us on the same side! The waiting period is to be expected. The food was delicious. Not all paneras have hot food. My soup was hot enough to keep the trip back to my hotel in S. Portland!

I can't begin to describe the kindness and helpfulness of this staff. I ordered the lobster roll (which we don't have at our Panera in Jersey) and was truly astonished at the sheer size and deliciousness of this sandwich. My friends were amazed as well! When I visit Maine again, I will definitely visit this business!
