"Reliable somewhat better than usual fast food fare. Nothing exciting but they do at least mix it up on a seasonal basis with specials. I avoid the half and half meal deals because it always looked like the smaller half especially the sandwiches justdownright mean in portion size and fillings. Shame because they allowed you to change it up a bit within a single sitting.Deducted a star for that. Flavored green teas still a bit sugary but likely better than the usual soda options. Staff areclearly bored out of their minds and it shows in the customer service interactions. I absolutely love Panera! Their cookies and chicken noodle soup, especially in the bread bowl, are my favorites. Just thinking about it is making me so hungry!

I ordered the u pick 2 BBQ Chicken salad and soup. Almost every other leaf in the salad was rotten. I spoke to Manager Michael who said that there was nothing they could do about the salads being rotten, even though they are aware of the poor quality. I asked him why they would still serve people rotten salad leaves knowing this. This location is deteriorating and this is not the first time. This is strike 2 for me, I will not be coming back here.
