"I was in the Portsmouth location earlier today and Bobbi Jo (who was behind the food counter was friendly, upbeat and very appologetic for the food taking longer than expected. My sandwich had burned because the panini grill was too hot and she communicated wonderfully with me and let me know what was happening. She made sure orders went out promptly and correctly, and if they didn't she made it right. Thank you :"

What can I say everything is great here I only wish they offered soufflés for lunch as well. I have been for breakfast and most times they are already sold out.
