"I recently visited the Neighborhood Club and decided to order a coffee and a baker's dozen of bagels. I placed a quick pick-up order using their mobile app to save time, as the restaurant was quite busy. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting 15 minutes for my order. Additionally, I was disappointed to discover that I only received 12 bagels instead of the 13 I had ordered. The staff did not offer to replace the missing bagel. Overall, I was not satisfied with my experience and would rate the restaurant 1 star lower due to this issue."
