Also with a line from the door, Denise the manager (I think her name was), as well as the other staff went as fast as possible to finish our meals and perfect (also with two calls)! There were crawling mosquitoes, as we know, that they leave their head behind from time to time, who would not know patience if they were bitten them in the butt, but all employees kept a smile on the face and diligently tried to fulfill all orders. Kudos Holland, Ohio-Shop and your friendly staff. Glad a few bad eggs that felt that they were entitled to have not disabled your service for the rest of us, which patiently awaits a delicious meal"

Now I always have a very good experience at this point. I eat here about twice a week. Now I had to get the terrible news that my favorite salad goes away. Brionna I think this was name here, she broke my message in the most amazing way. She's one of the best workers I met in every panera. She was very friendly and even told me about a new salad that comes that I like.
